Born and (mostly) raised in the midwest,

Heidi began her art career secretly sketching on the walls of her little sister's closet and casting the neighborhood kids in her original plays.

As she grew her deep love for art grew and manifested in different channels, such as acting, painting, writing and fashion.

Her passion for acting and modeling lead her to the great city of Los Angeles to be in many recognizable advertisements and film/tv roles.

As part owner of a children's clothing brand, Violett Valentine, which cross-inspired the original Violett Valentine children's book, Heidi has enjoyed realizing one of her other loves, fashion design.  

When she's not drawing or writing stories about quirky characters, you will likely find her spending time with her family (whom she loves dearly), endless DIY projects, playing with her pekingese pups and exploring

the world through art, music and nature.

She is also currently working on the brand Revolution Cloth which hopes to inspire compassion and kindness towards all beings. Coming soon...
